The GlobaFone extended maintenance program gives you peace of mind that your Iridium satellite phones are covered after the one-year warranty has expired. We all know that things can break—especially after the original warranty expires. With GlobaFone, you can purchase extended warranty coverage for your satellite handhelds even if the original service plan was carried through another provider.
Program Details
- The GlobaFone plan covers product defects that render the phone inoperable.
- Your extended coverage does not apply to defects that are identified by Iridium. Iridium will repair or replace those defects and it is understood that GlobaFone assumes no liability for these situations.
